All orders placed with RTS, (Rycko Technical Services), are delivered using a national courier service, such as APC, UPS, Fedex etc and are traceable. All orders are despatched on a 24 hour, next day courier once payment has been accepted and goods received from the supplier. Equipment and parts orders can take upto three to five days to be delivered from the supplier. The title of goods will only transfer once payment has been accepted in full.
Any orders placed with RTS can be cancelled on the same day of the order being placed. If you need to change or cancel your order on any consecutive days thereafter, a 25% handling charge is payable. This will cover administration and transport costs from our supplier. Please see below, what to do if you receive your order, but need to return or cancel.
If you have a problem with your product, it may be covered under the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions. To ensure you know what is or is not covered under warranty we suggest you check with the manufacturer of the equipment you have. As an authorised agent, please call us if you experience any difficulties, (your statuary rights are not affected).
Items which are ordered and delivered may be returned if you change your mind. You must notify RTS immediately, but in any case no later than seven working days from receipt. Items should be returned un-open, unused and in the original packaging within 28 days at your expense. Please obtain an authorised returns number as any un-authorised returns will be declined. Once the item has been returned, a 25% handling charge will be deducted from all refunds to cover, administration and restocking or return to our supplier to cover their costs.
Repair or service work, which is not covered by the manufacturers warranty can only be cancelled at the time of quotation. Spares items, (technical parts), which are ordered following agreement to complete an out of warranty repair, cannot be cancelled as this will make your product unsafe to use. For health and safety reasons, RTS will not complete part repairs.
